A few things I'm doing in 2014...
1. Go to Warburton to collect fresh mountain water and drink a litre each morning for a week
2. Eat activated nuts
3. Make sprouts, saurkraut and kefir at home
4. Go to dance, meditation and tantra workshops
5. Avoid foods that have bad ingredients i.e. unhealthy cooking oils
6. Get a massage once every two weeks
7. Give more compliments to people and keep a positive attitude
8. Travel to Europe in July
